Privacy policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026 · Plain-language policy for an invite-only pilot.
What we collect
- Your email address — used to sign you in and, if you opt in, to send you program notifications.
- What you enter in the app — your sites (names, locations, utilities), technology interests, bookmarks, notes, and notification preferences.
- Basic, cookie-less usage analytics (via Cloudflare Web Analytics) — page views and performance, with no cross-site tracking and no personal profiles.
How we use it
- To match incentive programs to your sites and show you a personalized dashboard.
- To send the notifications you asked for (you can turn them off anytime, and every email will include an unsubscribe link).
- Notes you attach to programs may be processed by an AI service (Anthropic Claude) solely to organize them into timelines at your request; likewise questions you type in the Ask box. They are not used to train AI models.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your sites, notes, or profile with other users or third parties, except the service providers that run the product (Cloudflare for hosting/storage, Anthropic for AI features, and an email delivery provider for notifications).
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party cookies.
Where your data lives
Data is stored with Cloudflare (hosting, storage) and backed up to a
private repository. It stays within the product's own infrastructure.
Your choices
- Edit or delete your sites, interests, and notes anytime in the app.
- Want your account and data fully deleted, or a copy of everything we hold about you? Email us (address below) and we'll do it promptly.
