About IncentivesRadar
IncentivesRadar is an always-on radar for facility incentives. Companies with physical sites — plants, warehouses, processing facilities — qualify for far more government grants, tax credits, and utility rebates than anyone has time to track by hand, and the programs change constantly: windows open and close, credits get repealed or extended, utilities revise their rebates. The radar watches all of it so facilities teams don't have to.
How the research works
- Weekly AI research, verified at the source. Every program fact — values, deadlines, requirements, caveats — is checked against the administering agency's own page, or a dated professional alert when an agency blocks automated access. Every program displays its last-verified date and links to its sources.
- "Uncertain" means we say so. A fact that can't be verified is labeled uncertain with a note explaining why — never guessed. Dates and dollar figures are never invented.
- Nothing disappears silently. Programs are never deleted; a dead program is marked terminated and kept for the record, and every change to the catalog is logged in a weekly changelog with full history.
- Coverage follows demand. The catalog spans US federal and state, Canadian federal and provincial, and UK programs today — and when a user adds a site in a new geography, that region enters the research queue and gets its own sweep.
How matching works
Each program carries structured geography, utility, and technology data. When you add a facility — its location, utility, and the technologies you'd invest in — the radar matches applicable programs to that site specifically, watches their deadlines, and alerts you before application windows close. Your sites, notes, and tracked programs are private to your account.
What IncentivesRadar is not
It is not tax or legal advice, and it doesn't file applications on your behalf. It's the monitoring and matching layer: always-current program intelligence, organized around your facilities, with the official source one click away so your own advisors can confirm the details.
